Complete checklist for changing your mailing address
I’m getting ready for a move and trying to keep track of all the paperwork that comes with it. One thing I’m worried about is forgetting to update my mailing address with the right places. I know the postal service is one step, but I’m sure there are a lot of other places that need to be notified. My brother used this to find movers in Charlotte, and it also mentioned where to handle mail changes. For those who’ve done this before, which updates did you find most important?

I went through this a few months ago, and the checklist helped me stay organized. Besides the postal service, I made sure to update my address with my bank, credit card companies, and insurance providers. Utilities were another big one — electricity, gas, and internet all needed to be switched over. Without a list, I definitely would have missed a few of those, so having it all written out step by step made a huge difference.
