Does Reliance Automotive Offer Fair Pricing?
Hey everyone, I’ve been comparing auto repair quotes for a mid-level job—brakes and some suspension work—and reliance automotive came back with a pretty solid quote. It’s not the cheapest, but it looks detailed and professional. Before I move forward, I’d appreciate any feedback from people who’ve worked with them before. Do they generally honor their original estimates, or have you experienced price creep once the car is in the shop? I’ve dealt with shops in the past that start with a fair quote and then tack on surprise charges, so I’m trying to avoid that this time around. How’s their communication during the repair process? I’m especially interested in hearing whether they suggest only what’s needed, or if they push for extras that don’t really need immediate attention.
